“KEIKYU EX MEMBERS” Terms of Use

Article 1 (Name of member organization)

The name of the membership organization is "KEIKYU EX MEMBERS" (hereinafter referred to as "the membership organization").

Article 2 (Service and Operation)

  1. Members of this membership organization (hereinafter referred to as "members") are entitled to receive various services when using the accommodation facilities (hereinafter referred to as "target facilities") of hotels affiliated with this membership organization. Masu.

Article 3 (Registration/Annual Fee)

Registration and annual membership fees are free.

Article 4 (Membership qualifications, etc.)

  1. After agreeing to these Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the ``Terms''), you can apply by following the procedures set forth in Article 5 and become a member when your registration is approved.
  2. Our membership organization targets individuals. Corporations cannot apply.
  3. Members are prohibited from lending, transferring, buying or selling their membership to a third party.
  4. Membership registration is limited to one time (one registration) per person. If the same member has multiple accounts, we will promptly notify the applicable facility and only hold one of the accounts, and all other accounts will be deleted.
  5. When receiving services at a target facility, members must comply with the relevant laws and regulations, these Terms, and the accommodation terms and conditions and other terms of use established by the facility.

Article 5 (Registration method)

If you wish to register with our membership organization, please agree to these terms and register as a member using one of the following methods. Please note that if you do not fill out or enter the required information correctly, your membership registration may be invalidated or cancelled. We do not issue membership cards.

Article 6 (Management of email address and password)

  1. Members shall be solely responsible for the use and management of the email address and password registered during membership registration, and shall not allow third parties to use, lend, or transfer the same.
  2. The member shall be responsible for any damage caused by insufficient management of email addresses and passwords, errors in use, use by third parties, etc., and the Company will not be held responsible in any way.
  3. If a member learns that their email address and password have been stolen or used by a third party, they must immediately notify the Company and, if instructed by the Company, shall be complied with.
  4. The Company is not responsible for any damage suffered by a member due to the member's email address and corresponding password being used by another third party. In addition, any use made using the email address and corresponding password will be deemed to have been made by the member concerned, and the member shall be responsible for all purchase fees and other obligations resulting from such use.

Article 7 (Member Benefits)

  1. In addition to receiving points, members can receive various benefits determined by our member organization or target facilities. Please check the official website for details on the benefits.
  2. Various benefits can be received by making a reservation after registration.
  3. If a member wishes to receive member benefits, please notify the front desk that you are a member. In addition, you can only receive benefits for reservations made through the official website; you cannot receive benefits for reservations made through other reservation sites, by phone, email, or fax.
  4. Member benefits are subject to change without notice to members. The latest membership benefits posted on the official website will be applied; past benefits that have been abolished or changed cannot be applied.
  5. Member benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits.
  6. Benefits may not be available depending on reservation status.
  7. The best rate may not apply to sales conducted independently by agents.
  8. When receiving services at a target facility, members must comply with the relevant laws and regulations, these Terms, and the accommodation terms and conditions and other terms of use established by the facility.

Article 8 (Granting of points)

  1. Points will be awarded for the accommodation fee (excluding tax) made at the time of reservation from the official website at the participating facility. Points will not be awarded for additional payments at eligible facilities, such as extension fees. In addition to points being awarded based on usage fees, points may be awarded through campaigns, etc.
  2. Points will not be awarded in the following cases.
    1. (1) Reservations made via a travel agency or internet site other than the official website of the target facility
    2. (2) When using a free accommodation ticket issued by a target facility
    3. (3) Other products that are not eligible for points as determined by eligible facilities.
  3. Points will be awarded after a certain period of time after each transaction is completed, according to the conditions established by our membership organization.
  4. The conditions for awarding points shall be the latest conditions established by our member organization at the time of award.
  5. Points cannot be awarded to multiple members in one transaction. Please check the official website for details such as conditions.

Article 9 (Use of points)

  1. Points can be used for reservations from the official website in increments of 100 yen from 100 yen or more, with 1 point = 1 yen at the time of payment.
  2. No change will be given when paying with points. Also, points cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Points can only be used by the member themselves. Please note that in order to use points, you may be asked to confirm the member's name, email address, etc., and to present identification documents.

Article 10 (Expiry date of points)

Points added within one year from the 1st of the month of membership registration will be valid for 37 months from the 1st of the month of membership registration. Points that have expired will automatically expire.

Article 11 (Prohibition of transfer of points)

Points cannot be combined or transferred between members.

Article 12 (Validity of points)

Any doubts raised by members regarding the granting of points or the validity of points will be decided by our membership organization.

Article 13 (Cancellation of points)

Our membership organization may cancel some or all of the points held by a member in the following cases:

  1. If there is any act that violates these Terms, the Accommodation Terms and Conditions, other usage rules (Terms), or other terms and conditions established by the Company.
  2. If there is an act that violates the law.
  3. In cases where our member organization deems it appropriate, such as when there is other misconduct.

Article 14 (Reissue of points)

If points disappear (including expiration), the Company will not be held responsible and will not reissue the points unless it is due to the Company's responsibility.

Article 15 (Modification of points)

If it is not possible to allocate points to a member according to the standards stipulated in the preceding articles due to computer failure or errors in administrative processing at the target facility, the points held by the member may be corrected without notifying the member. may be done. Article 16 (Change of member information)

If there are any changes to your address, contact information, or other information registered as a member, please make the changes from "My Page" on the official website.

Article 17 (Withdrawal)

If the member himself/herself follows the procedures prescribed by the Company and processes the withdrawal from "My Page" on the official website, the member can withdraw from membership once the Company's withdrawal process is completed. Additionally, membership is for one person only, and membership will be canceled if the member passes away.

Article 18 (Presentation of identity verification materials)

For the purpose of protecting the rights of the member, such as when changing the registered name, address, etc., in order to ensure identity verification, a document that can confirm the member's identity, such as a driver's license. We may ask you for your cooperation.

Article 19 (Notice from our company)

Notices from our company will be deemed to be posted on our official website or by sending information to the email address registered with our company.

Article 20 (Loss of qualification)

If any of the following items apply to you, your membership will be cancelled. In that case, all benefits and points will be forfeited. In addition, we will omit notification in that case.

  1. (1) If a false declaration is made at the time of registration
  2. (2) If contact information such as phone number becomes unknown
  3. (3) If you are unable to pay the accommodation fees and other charges pursuant to the accommodation agreement, or if payment is delayed.
  4. (4) If you do not comply with these Terms, laws and regulations, accommodation terms and conditions, and other usage rules (Terms)
  5. (5) In the case of seriously damaging the reputation of our member organization and target facilities and disrupting order.
  6. (6) A member of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a racketeering racketeer, a criminal claiming to be a social activist, a criminal claiming to be a political activist, a special intelligence organized crime group, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "anti-social forces"), or A person who has a close relationship with antisocial forces
  7. (7) In the event of assault, injury, coercion, intimidation, blackmail, fraud, or similar acts.
  8. (8) If there is any fraudulent or nuisance behavior when using the applicable facility.

Article 21 (Disclaimer)

  1. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters or communication line failures, or if our membership organization deems it necessary, we may suspend the provision of services available to members without prior notice to members.
  2. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage caused due to changes in a member's registered information and failure to change the registered information as stipulated in Article 16.
  3. If a member causes inconvenience or damage to the target facility or others by using this service, the member shall resolve the matter at his or her own risk and expense, and the Company shall not be held responsible in any way.
  4. If this service does not operate properly due to any environmental conditions beyond our control, such as the member's Internet connection, device settings, or communication circumstances, we will not be responsible for any effects caused by this. shall not be liable to you.

Section 22 (Handling of personal information)

    Our company clearly states the purpose of use and acquires members' personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose.

  3. Notifications and business information via e-mail
    Based on the purpose of use stated in the preceding paragraph, we may send you notices and business information via email. If you do not wish to receive it, we will stop sending it by following the procedures specified by our company.
  4. Disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties
    Our company will not provide acquired personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the member, except as required by law. In addition, if we entrust the handling of personal information to a third party to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, we will provide guidance on the appropriate management of personal information and provide appropriate supervision.
  5. Management of personal information
    Our company manages personal information appropriately and takes appropriate safety measures such as reasonable technical measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information.     If a member, etc. in question requests disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of personal information about themselves, we will respond within reasonable and necessary limits after confirming the identity of the individual. All applicable laws regarding these Terms shall be the laws of Japan.

Article 26 (agreed jurisdiction)

The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes between members and our member organization.

Article 27 (Others)

In the event that any doubt arises regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the Company shall endeavor to make a decision based on the principle of good faith, and Members shall comply with such decision.
