We answer frequently asked questions from our customers for each hotel.
If you have any questions regarding the information listed, please contact each hotel.

About accommodation

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is generally at 10:00.
*Check-out times may vary at some hotels. Also, check-out time may vary depending on the number of guests.

Up to what age is co-sleeping free?

Free for elementary school students. Junior high school students and above will be charged the adult price. (Some stores have different age groups for co-sleeping)
Also, only one person can share the same bed with each adult (one bed).
Some hotels may have amenities for children.
Please contact each hotel regarding the availability of children's amenities.

Can minors stay overnight?

At Keikyu EX Inn Hotel Group, if a minor is staying alone, we ask the parent or guardian to submit a written consent form.
Please print out the consent form below, fill out the necessary information, sign it, and mail or fax it to the hotel by the day before your stay, or submit it at check-in.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

We will keep your luggage as long as it is on the same day as your check-in date.
After check-out, we will only hold baggage that can be picked up by 11pm on the same day.
Please note that we cannot store valuables, frozen items, refrigerated items, flowers, etc.
Due to storage space constraints, we may not be able to hold baggage that is too large or has a large amount of baggage.

Is it okay to send my luggage to the hotel before my arrival date?

Yes, please write the date of your stay and the guest's full name on the invoice. After checking your reservation information, we will keep it at the front desk.
Please specify the delivery date from the day before your check-in date to the day of your check-in.
*Please note that we cannot accept refrigerated, frozen, dangerous, or cash on delivery luggage.
*Due to storage space constraints, we may not be able to store items that are too large or have a large amount of baggage.
*If you are using the tour for a travel agency, please also write the name of the travel agency.

About the service

Can I use the internet in my room?

Yes, Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) is available free of charge in all rooms.
*Some stores also provide LAN cables in all guest rooms.

Do you have rental PCs?

Yes, we have a rental service for 1,100 yen (tax included) per night. Quantities are limited.
(Excluding Yokosuka Research Park)

Can I send my luggage from the hotel?

Yes, we do.
We also sell cash on delivery and prepayment slips, cardboard boxes, and vinyl covers, so please feel free to use them.

Do you sell drinks?

Yes, we have vending machines for alcohol and soft drinks.
Please see each hotel page for the location of vending machines.

Do you have any rental items?

We provide cell phone chargers, nail clippers, etc.
There is a limited number of rental items, so we may not be able to lend you the items.

Can I get medicine at the hotel if I have a headache or stomachache?

According to Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, it is prohibited to provide medicines at the hotel front desk, so we are unable to provide them.

What is “KEIKYU EX MEMBERS”? What can you do?

This is a membership program that can be used at all hotels in Keikyu EX Inn Hotel Group.
In addition to checking the list of reservations on the official website, you can also take advantage of member benefits and point services.

Please tell me how to register.

You can register from the official website.
After entering your member information, press the member registration button and a member verification email will be sent to the email address you entered.
Click the URL in the email to complete the registration.

Are there any registration fees or annual fees?

It doesn't cost. Available for free.

Do you have a membership card?

There is no membership card. You can check your registration information on My Account after logging in from the official website.

Can I register at the hotel front desk?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please complete the registration procedure from the official website.

Can I make a reservation without registering as a member?

Yes, you can make a reservation without registering as a member.
We recommend that you register as a member, as you can see a list of past accommodations and receive various benefits.

What is SNS login?

If you use LINE, you can easily log in next time by authenticating and registering with your account.
*When registering as a member, in addition to account verification, you will also need to fill in the specified fields and verify your email address, just like regular member registration.
*When logging in to SNS on a different device from the one you use SNS, you must enter the email address and password registered to your SNS account, or read the QR code on the device you use SNS (available only on LINE). You will need. If you have forgotten the email address or password registered for your SNS account, you can check them on the screen that appears after clicking "Log in with LINE".

I logged in to SNS, but I deleted that SNS account.
How should I log in next time?

Please access here and enter your registered email address. We will send you an email to reset your password, so please register your password using the link in the email.

I have registered as a member before, is this different?
Will my previous registration information not be carried over?

We have started a membership program with a new system.
We apologize, but member information from before September 6, 2020 will not be carried over.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please re-register.

What is My Account?

This page allows you to check the reservation status and usage history of all hotels in Keikyu EX Inn Hotel Group. You can sign in using your email address and the password you set.
You can also change your registered address and other information on this page.

I haven't received the membership verification email?

Possible reasons for not receiving the email are as follows.
(1) If the email address is incorrect.
(2) If you have set up domain-specific reception to prevent spam mail.
Please set permission to receive mail@tripla.jp.
(3) If the email is automatically sorted to the spam folder.
Please check your spam folder.

*If your spam folder is not displayed by default, you will need to change it.
If you would like to resend the email after checking the above settings, you can do so from "If you did not receive the membership registration email" at the bottom of the membership registration screen.

I can't log in.

Please check that the email address and password you entered are correct.
If you have forgotten your email address or password, please see below.

I forgot my password.

You can reset your password from here.
An email to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.

I get the error message "Your account has been locked." and am unable to log in.

If you fail to log in six times, your account will be temporarily locked to protect your account.
Your account will be locked automatically after one hour and the number of failed login attempts will be reset.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please wait a while and try logging in again using your registered email address and password.

*Please note that even if you set a new password after your account is locked, you will not be able to log in with the new password until one hour has passed. *If your account is still not unlocked even after one hour has passed after your account was locked, please contact us here (KEIKYU EX MEMBERS Office). (Business hours: Weekdays 9:00-18:00)

I would like to change my member information (address/phone number).

Changes can be made in My Account after logging in from the official website.

I would like to cancel my membership.

After logging in from the official website, you can cancel your membership from My Account.
After canceling your membership, all member benefits and points will no longer be available.

Is it possible to register multiple members using the same address or email address?

No, only one account is allowed per person.

Is it possible for one person to have multiple accounts?

It is possible to register as a member using the same address, but it is not possible to register as a member using the same email address.

Is there an expiration date for "KEIKYU EX MEMBERS" membership?

There is no expiration date for membership itself.

About member benefits and point services

Will points be awarded for reservations made from sites other than the official website?

Points can only be awarded for reservations made through the official website.
Reservations made by phone, email, or fax cannot be granted.
Additionally, points will only be awarded if you extend your stay and make a reservation through the official website.

Can I earn points without registering as a member?

No, you cannot.
All member benefits are available only to customers who have registered as members.
Please note that even if you have registered as a member, if you make a reservation without logging in, member benefits such as points will not be applied.

Please tell me how to use the points.

After logging in, you can select the number of points to use, etc. on the reservation screen (customer information input screen).
You can make a reservation without logging in, but you cannot earn or use points.

What happens to the points I had planned to use if I cancel my reservation?

If you cancel your reservation, all points you planned to use will be returned to you.

If I cancel my membership by mistake, can I have my points reissued?

No. If you cancel your membership, all earned points and membership benefits will be forfeited.

Can I have the points of multiple accounts combined and distributed?

No, you cannot.
Please note that only one account is allowed per person.

Can I transfer my points to a third party?

No, you cannot.

Can I extend the expiry date of my points?

No, you cannot.

Where can I check the points that have been added? Is it written on the receipt etc.?

You can check the points that have been added and the points that you hold on your My Account after logging in. There is no mention on the receipt.

If I use points, will that be written on my receipt?

There is no description.
