Our hotel chain strictly prohibits smoking (including electronic and heated cigarettes) in non-smoking rooms and bringing in cigarette butts.
If smoking or cigarette butts are found in a non-smoking room, we will charge you 30,000 yen as compensation for not selling the room and as a special cleaning fee.
