■ Regarding early check-in
Check-in before 12:00PM
An additional charge for one night's stay will be applied. Accommodation reservations must be made the day before.
Check-in from 12:00PM to 15:00PM
An additional charge of 1,100 yen (service charge and tax included) will be applied per room per hour.
*If you wish to check in before 15:00PM (3PM), we may not be able to respond to your request depending on room vacancy. Please contact the hotel in advance.

■ Regarding late check-out
Check out from 10:00AM to 14:00PM
An additional charge of 1,100 yen (service charge and tax included) will be applied per room per hour.
Check out after 14:00PM (2PM)
An additional fee for one night will be charged on the day of your stay.

Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated parking lot for our hotel. Although we do not accept reservations, there is an affiliated coin parking nearby called "Trust Park Shimbamba Station North Exit". If you wish to use this service, you can purchase a parking ticket at the hotel's front desk for 1,100 yen (tax included) per night.

We will keep your luggage as long as it is on the same day as your check-in date.
After check-out, we will only store luggage that can be picked up by 11pm on the same day.
Please note that we cannot store valuables, frozen items, refrigerated items, flowers, etc.
Due to storage space constraints, we may not be able to store items that is too large or has a large amount of luggage.
