Precautions when using the shuttle bus

• There may be delays due to traffic conditions, etc. Please be sure to use it with plenty of time.
• We do not accept reservations for seats. Please note that you will not be able to board the bus once it is full (capacity 20 people). In that case, please use the next flight or public transportation.
  (Depending on the baggage situation of the other party, boarding may be restricted even if the capacity is not reached.)
• Group customers may be refused boarding or may not be allowed to board the same flight.
• Please refrain from eating, drinking, or smoking inside the vehicle.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage of baggage (including fragile and valuable items).
• If you have large baggage (surfboards, snowboards, skis, etc.), you may be refused entry to ensure your safety.
• Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their baggage when boarding and disembarking the bus.
• Arrivals from the hotel to Haneda Airport Terminals 1 and 2 are at the departure lobby on the 2nd floor. Arrivals from the hotel to Haneda Airport Terminal 3 are at the 1st floor entrance plaza.
