What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am.
Can the hotel store my luggage before check-in and/or after check-out?
Yes, the Front Desk can store your luggage for you.
However, we cannot store any valuables, frozen or refrigerated items, or flowers.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel before my check-in date?
Yes, we accept luggage that is sent prior to your check-in date. Please include your check-in date and full name of the person under whom the reservation is made on the shipping label.
After confirming your reservation, the Front Desk will store your luggage for you. However, we cannot store any valuables, frozen or refrigerated items, or flowers. Also, we do not accept luggage sent that is to be paid on delivery.


Can I send my luggage from the hotel?
Yes, we can help you send luggage from the hotel. We have payment on delivery shipping slips and prepaid shipping slips, as well as cardboard boxes and vinyl coverings available for purchase.
Can I access the Internet from my guestroom?
Yes, an Internet connection via Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) and wired LAN is available in all guestrooms. You can find the LAN cable in the desk drawer of your guestroom.
Does the hotel offer a computer rental service?
Yes, we offer a computer rental service at a cost of 1,000 yen per night of stay. Please note there are a limited number of computers available for rent.
Does the hotel have trouser presses?
Trouser presses are available in all guestrooms at our Asakusabashi-Station, Shinbanba Station Kitaguchi, Omori Kaigan-Station, Kamata, and Yokohama Station Higashiguchi locations. There is a limited number of available trouser presses for check-out at our Shinagawa-Station and Takanawa locations.
Do you sell drinks?
The hotel has vending machines for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Please visit each hotel's website for the locations.
Do you have amenities for check-out?
We offer an assortment of amenities for check-out, from pillows to cellular phone chargers and nail clippers. The availability of these items may be limited. Please see each hotel's website for more details.
