  • Can luggage be held after checking out?
  • A: Yes. Coin lockers are available for use 24 hours a day free of charge.
  • Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel prior to the date of stay?
  • A: Yes. Please enter the full name of the person under which the reservation was made and your date of stay on the designated form.
    Following a crosscheck with your reservation information, your luggage will be stored at the reception desk.
    However, please note that we cannot hold on to valuables, chilled or frozen goods, flowers, or similar items. Additionally, we cannot accommodate payment on delivery for luggage sent.
  • Is it possible to send packages from the hotel?
  • A: Yes. We have delivery services available.
    In addition to payment on delivery and shipping prepaid slips, cardboard boxes and plastic covers are also available for purchase.
  • Are there parking facilities available?
  • While the hotel does not have its own parking lot, an affiliated coin parking facility is located underground.

  • Is there coin laundry available?
  • A: Yes. Coin laundry is available on each even-numbered floor between the 6th and 23rd Floors and on each floor between the
    Laundry machine (30-min cycle): 300 yen
    Dryer (30-min cycle): 100 yen
  • Is there Internet access in the guest rooms?
  • A: Yes. All guest rooms feature wired LAN for Internet use free of charge.
    A LAN cable can be found in the drawer of your room's desk.
  • Do you have rental PCs available?
  • A: Yes. PC rental services are available for 1,000 yen per night. However, please note that there is a limited number of PCs available.
  • Are there any ice machines on hand?
  • A: Yes. Ice machines can be found on all floors between the 6th and 27th Floors.
  • Is there a pants press available?
  • A: Yes. You can find a pants press in front of the elevators on each floor.
  • Is there a humidifier on hand?
  • A: Unfortunately, we do not have any humidifiers available. Please accept our apologies.
  • Do you offer any beverages for sale?
  • A: Yes. Beer and soft drink vending machines can be found on each even-numbered floor between the 6th and 23rd Floors and
  • Do you have cigarettes for sale?
  • A: Yes. Cigarette vending machines are on the premises.
  • Do you offer printout services using USB or other external memory devices?
  • A: Yes. Please use the copy machine besides the reception desk to print out data or send faxes (Separate charges apply).
  • Are there any items on hand that can be borrowed?
  • A: Yes. Mobile phone rechargers, nail clippers, sewing sets, and other items are available for use.
    Please note, however, that as such items are limited in number, availability is not guaranteed.
  • How can I get to Haneda Airport from the hotel?
  • A: A train ride on the Keikyu Line from Shinagawa Station will take approximately 13 min. on average to Haneda Airport International Terminal Station and approximately 16 min. on average to Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal Station (both times are for the Airport Rapid Limited Express).
    ※The above times do not include train transfer times. Furthermore, time taken to the destination may vary depending on the operating situation of the trains.
  • Are there any convenience stores, supermarkets or similar facilities located in the vicinity of the hotel?
  • A: Yes. A SEIKATSU SAIKA Quality Store (convenience store) is located on the 2nd Floor of the hotel.
